I am bi-cultural French / English, I also have a professional level in German and speak some Japanese.

Professional Experience

I have extensive experience of accounting (US GAAP), controlling, and finance in multinational companies where I also assumed the role of "Directeur Financier" in their French subsidiaries, dealing with the typically French fiscal, legal and social issues, as well as explaining these local intricacies to the 'non local' management teams.

Consultancy & Interim Management

In recent years, I have acted as consultant in financial matters for numerous companies, whether SME’s or larger international firms. My roles and functions ranged from interim financial director to special project manager (carve-outs, company restructuring…). I also set up my own web consulting firm, providing assistance to SME’s in all web related matters.

I found that the role of Financial Director in an international environment offers a stimulating mixture of french local financials and international management practices, together with a relatively wide scope of activities and responsibilities.

- Re engineering of KPI's & Financial reporting ;

My role & missions, usually as member of the Management Board / Committee, extended to :
- Sales & Strategy development ;
- Advising new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions ;
